About 35 Volunteers from all of the Rotary Clubs in the Fremont, Newark and Union City area joined forces with The Outreach Organization to purchase, assemble and package Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal cereal. These will be distributed by local food banks to those in need.  Four teams apportioned ingredients into packets, weighed and sealed the packets, and boxed them for distribution.

 

When all was done, we produced 1,670 cereal packets in under two hours that will ultimately serve 10,000 meals.  So little effort. Such a great impact!
